Not as easy as you think. In the draft year you will start to see 2nd line players on top teams move to mid pack/bottom teams to be 1st line for more ice time. To move from AA to AAA in the draft year as a defense you need to be 6ft 175lbs already with a plus/minus of 20. And as a forward would need at least 40 goals in season already. As a goalie even harder unless you can settle for the backup.

This year was the first season AH had full ownership vs just the jr A team. He’s not happy with last place and bringing in new coaching. He’s a legit ohl scout and making calls. Will they finish first, no chance but….If you want tons of ice time, no parent $$ influence, and to play for a ohl scout who also has a jrA team…NYR has it. My kid is on a playoff bound team and we may move but not doing anything until our season is over.

Fair.....Wolverines had some good movement this week and in the improved category. Should definitely look at this before playoffs. Good indication of teams track record and a report card on the coaches before considering teams for next year.
NS have done well with what they were able to replace with existing coach for now. I can't see them get any better next year, big shoes to fill on the coaching front. Does the new guy have the track record?

He does, who knows what player turnover will be but coaching they'll be fine. Heard a couple of strong coaches coming into the division next year. MNS and Toros.

Then MNS should be fine. But if he's coached a few seasons and never made a playoff or better yet was in the bottom 5, then player turnover will be huge and expect to be the next Panthers next season
