In the moments that matter they've consistently crumbled season after season, as a matter of fact have they ever won anything except for the odd away tournament? Too much turnover/cuts and coaches kid is too small for A hockey. Yes they'll likely be top 3 but they're not going to win it all.

If only there was a way to settle this debate once and for all. I'm going to propose that all the teams enter into a 32-game season. They could be seeded based on their record with the top 8 teams going into a playoff format until a winner is crowned. Maybe it could start in October?

So you don’t know them? Leaside kid was the best by a fair margin. FH kid has been top 5 since novice. Pretending otherwise doesn’t make it so.

I'm sure they were great AA players, but it doesn't always translate to dominance a level below. There are a number of AAA kids that dropped down to AA and were inconsequential, same with AA kids going down to A. They need some level of talent to play with. Assuming they get to play with some high level A kids and develop some chemistry they'll do great, nobody can skate through an entire team by themselves shift after shift no matter how talented.

They're dropping down for different priorities, hope they have fun playing with friends and that their focus on other priorities pays off for them. They likely don't care near as much about their decision's impact on the division as the people posting do.

I'm sure they were great AA players, but it doesn't always translate to dominance a level below.
