The entitlement is what gets me
Insisting that all teams adopt equal icetime and removing choice for others that favour a meritocracy
No one is forcing these parents to bring kids to playoff games
There are 8 AA teams done for the year now, watching from home
Either have your kid join them or tell him to suck it up and learn a life lesson.
Then, next year, stop trying to climb the ladder and find a new place to play at a lower level. That might actually give your kid a chance to excel.
Coming from a place of compassion I sympathize with kids who are behind and parents who don't have the hockey knowledge to identify that their kids don't belong. That said it's playoff time and if your kid isn't getting a regular shift you should relocate them to A or select. It's not rocket science. Embrace the warm slice of humble pie and get out of the way. Life isn't fair. Get used to it.
Third line kids belong, just as much as third and fourth line players belong in pro hockey. They play an important role and are key to teaching the game of hockey. Do you know what doesn't belong? Idiot parents who don't understand the game.
Yes and they play third and fourth line minutes.
Idiots here thinking their kidnis in the show while only playing AA hockey. Most kids who are good now won't even be at the top in a few years. These age groups are for development firat formost and winning is way down the list of priorities. Well unless your a narcissistic douche of course.

There are some teams in the loop
With 4-5 players that are very weak
How they ended up on the team ? Lots of ways and not all mean the coach can’t pick kids
Last 5 minutes in a close regular season game should be treated like the third period in a playoff game
Reward the kids who are working hard, leaving their heart on the ice and doing the right things in the game
Instead some of you are more concerned with not offending players that aren’t excelling
Maybe this is why we are such a mid society
Supposed adult posting on anonymous forum thinks it's a mid society because teams are trying to develop all their kids. Gonna bet in real life your as mid as they come.
Eagles with a strangle hold of the 4 team round robin for 8th place.
TE the real playoff begins now. Lucky to win a game in the next round!
They’ve beat all the big boys throughout the season. So who knows. Could be a dark horse.
They also lost to MT lol
True. VP lost to WM and TE though. What that say? The past I guess is irrelevant… VR hasn’t beat any of top teams other than MB also lost to TE and DD. FT has lost to questionable teams multiple times.
Eagles are the worst most overrated band in history

All the loudmouth West parents are here talking crap every day meanwhile 2 teams in the East finished with many more points than the top West team and the top West team is just 1 point ahead of the 3rd place East team. This is all reaffirmed by MHR.
Slow your role West clowns. East rules, West sux.
Einstein entered the chat!!
Comparing points of teams who never play against eachother in a regular season game!! Brilliant!!
It's easy to see that the East falls off pretty quick after the top 2 teams. West is a deeper loop.
Grown adults arguing which u10 team wins meaningless games is fricking cringe AF.

I don’t understand the hate toward MNS. Yes, there are quite a few Applewood kids who can barely skate, and some don’t seem particularly interested in playing hockey. Yes, their number 4 has very limited ability, whose loving parents have convinced themselves that their child is a future hockey star. But all these is more funny rather than annoying.
What I do appreciate is that their team plays respectfully, not rude, their parents aren’t too loud or aggressive toward referees and other parents, and games against them aren’t a waste of time unlike playing the Jets. Plus, there’s no concern that a retarded kid from their team may injure someone just for fun. What else would anyone want from a rival?!
You know what's really really really sad. A douchebag like you thinking that their cool for ragging on 9 year olds. Bet your kid is nothing more than a warm body on your team this year and I Bet you can't skate any better than timbits applewood kid.
