Panthers org is embarrassed by the product they put out there this season. They are looking for a coach but will keep this team if nothing else comes along.

Panthers org took forever replacing the coach last year, the product is partially a result of starting the recruitment drive too late. If they don't make up their minds soon they'll end up with the same product next year and will only have themselves to blame. Can't see the majority of that team coming back either way.
