Clearly leadership has taken hockey to have to uncompetitive divisions, misaligned team budgets across organizations and even within a single organization, players freedom to do extra skates, promotion of spring/summer hockey. This is all leading to extra costs and inconsistent development across minor hockey. This needs to change and will!

Not sure all minor hockey boards are as 'diverse' as you make them out to be.
