That would be a story.

We were told again and again here that they won 2 games last year and would win no more this year.

Go on, the thread is right here for you to check mate.

1. Beast (AAA caliber Port Credit kids, good LP kids)
2. Vaughan Rangers (physical, good chemistry, trouncing other teams)
3. Streetsville Tigers (need to gel better but have standouts)
4. Vaughan Panthers (could fall as low as 6-7 if they don't get Goalie situation sorted)
5. Faustina Toros (quietly getting ready to win)
6. HV Sharks (haven't looked great but strong organization and a couple of standout forwards)
7. Toronto Eagles (they should be better than thi
8. West Mall (good team, good coaching, but no standouts)
9. Duffield Devils (those kids played with a lot of strong kids that went to TYN)
10. Toronto Wolverines (nobody has heard a thing about them, doesn't sound good)
11. Mississauga North Stars (unless paid coaches can pull of Hail Mary, Applewood kids are DOA)
12. Mississauga Jets (the kids HV didn't want, have to be better than the Applewood kids #11 didn't want)
13. Mississauga Terriers (bottom half of Applewood, enough said)

Shockingly this wasn't that wrong
Except for the MNS prediction.

Anyone have a link to the video?
You'll find it on worldstar

Link it up!
Where are most of the kids that didn't make a AAA team ending up?
Heard from a AA coach today that a few AAA kids are moving down to AA due to high cost. They will take spots from AA kids who will need to move to A since 2015 has a huge pool of talent it seems
Not sure what pool of talents you're talking about. In the West so far only VP looks assembled and promising. Toros and HVS have kids but their level is unimpressive. Terriers seem to struggle to fill the roster, Dunno about DD, but Chico is advertising his team in Instagram heavily, meaning that they still have some places. MNS has a good coach but they're marginally above house league level, with the kids from by far the weakest team in the weakest league. MJ even worse, they are actually formed with house league kids. MB- their core are kids from the second worst team in MHL, ST- will be more or less, MR- dunno

In East NTH, NYK- ok, GP- above average.
Just got smoked by a house league team eh?

Guest wrote: Thu Apr 18, 2024 2:10 pm Is it true that Rattlers are done? If so, Mississauga will have 2 AAA and 5 AAA teams next year? This season MHL had 6 teams. Applewood is a pure house league level, maybe 1-2 kids could realistically pretend to play in A, LP- only slightly better, Erindale and West Mall were mediocre at best, with few bright kids, HD- were more or less, PC's coach was the only asset of that team. Where are they going to find kids to fill 7 teams, who are capable of playing competitive hockey?
Why the hate?
no hate, thats the truth.
almost 50+ losses in 2 seasons against mediocre teams.
was hard to watch.
barely scored a goal a game and gave up close to 10 per game.
Hiiiiiiiii

What dads are interested in coaching? Not a paid job but you get a free jacket with your name on it

There are lots but the other parents get pissed off because there is 1 less spot on team for their kid to make.

Yeah I am not buying into the idea of MNS as “Cinderella.” They were co-frontrunners with VP for much of the year and had the best forward and two of the best D in the loop. That’s hardly a Cinderella story. There are some potential Cinderella teams lower in the standings but their story has yet to be written.
