2010 GTHL AA East
Re: 2010 GTHL AA East
ANNOUNCEMENT FROM HEAD COACH KYLE BUKKAKES — INAUGURAL SEASON LAUNCH
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
Get ready. The landscape of 2010 AA East just changed forever.
I’m proud to introduce The OKC Stallions, relocating right into the heart of the East for the 2025-26 season. Backed by grit, built with purpose, and coached by yours truly — Kyle Bukkakes, former scout, truth-teller, and now bench boss.
What We’re Bringing:
• Relentless Systems — No beer league breakouts here. We’re running a pro-style forecheck with defensive discipline that’ll make your D-zone cry.
• Elite Skill with Edge — We’ve got snipers, shutdown artists, and kids who don’t think twice about throwing the body.
• Character in the Room — No drama. No parents sending emails at 2 a.m. Just a locker room full of dogs ready to play for the crest.
Our Message to the League:
We’re not here for friendlies. We’re not here for Instagram clout.
We’re here to compete, to dominate, and to win.
To EE: enjoy your last ride at the top.
To SYB: try not to take another five-minute major for yelling at your own goalie.
To the rest: tighten up your line changes — we’re coming.
Tryouts open next month. Bring your gear.
Leave your egos at the door.

My wife really wants my son to make this team. I don't know much about hockey but she says she's a big fan of Bukkake's and I trust her judgement.Guest wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 11:10 am ANNOUNCEMENT FROM HEAD COACH KYLE BUKKAKES — INAUGURAL SEASON LAUNCH

Your wife too? Man, not only does he know how to coach with his "in your face" style, he really leaves his mark on the ladies. The league and all the hockey moms in the G are about to succumb to his greatness.Guest wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 11:40 amMy wife really wants my son to make this team. Finally — a coach with a spine, a vision, and a game plan that doesn’t involve juice boxes and coddling.
Say what you want, but Coach Bukkakes is exactly what this soft, drama-filled 2010 AA East needs. While other benches are busy handing out orange slices and explaining offsides for the tenth time, Kyle’s building warriors — kids who block shots, finish checks, and play for each other.
He’s not here to hold hands. He’s here to win. And if you can’t handle a little fire in a coach’s voice, maybe house league is more your speed. Because let me tell you: the OKC Stallions are going to turn heads, rattle cages, and dominate the ice.
You can moan from the stands all you want. But when that puck drops, you’ll wish your kid had a coach half as locked in as Coach Bukkakes.
See you at center ice.

STATEMENT FROM BARRY LIPSHITZ – HOCKEY ANALYST FROM GROIN LAKE, SASKATCHEWAN
Let me be crystal clear: I’ve been around this game a long time. From the frozen ponds of Groin Lake to the bleachers of AA East, I’ve seen coaches come and go. But Coach Kyle Bukkakes? He’s different. He’s a movement.
People laugh, chirp, and clutch their pearls — meanwhile, Kyle’s drawing up systems that make grown men cry and 14-year-olds forecheck like they’re on commission. The OKC Stallions aren’t just a team. They’re a cultural reset. My predictions? EE’s got targets on their backs. SYB’s discipline issues will sink them by December. And by the time the Stallions finish sharpening their claws, there won’t be enough Kleenex in the East to dry the tears.

Bulletin Board material for new incoming coach Kyle Bukkake.

Not that he needs bulletin board material, Kobe Bryant would call up Kyle for tips on how to be more competitive. Jordan stopped playing golf with Kyle last summer, the skins games were "too intense" for 23.

“Bulletin board material? Save it. If your team needs headlines to get motivated, you’ve already lost. I don’t read articles—I write legacies. Kobe called for tips, then ghosted when I told him to backcheck like a 200-foot player. Jordan? Walked off the 14th hole mid-round. Said I made golf ‘feel like Game 7.’
And now? The Stallions have a new superstar. Kid’s got hands like Kane, edgework like McDavid, and a chip on his shoulder like he got cut from Team Canada twice. Other teams are scouting. Good—scout how to lose gracefully.
GTHL, you’ve been warned. We’re not rebuilding. We’re reloading.”*

Re: 2010 GTHL AA East
The syb coach does not out coach anyone. Period. Any parent that sends their child to that team needs to give their head a shake. The only thing they will learn is how to ignore someone who constantly screams.Guest wrote: ↑Sun May 04, 2025 3:01 pm Not a big fan of SYB coaching style but he has been fairly successful. You can argue that he has superior talent and can’t win the big one though. Last year, clearly had the better team but got out-coached by WH and got knocked you in 2nd round. This year against WH, SYB had the slightly stronger team but clearly learned his lesson last year and out coached WH and won easily. Lost to a depleted EE team in final. Watched a couple of the games and thought SYB was the stronger team but EE goalie carried the day.
