Even with good players around him he could not help his team win the round of 16 game. Hackett is the best kid on NYR now. So I would not shoot your mouth about Meli and get ready to take a back seat to Hackett. These years of minor hockey is for development until U16. Some kids grow a little earlier and get a massive advantage. Wait till the other kids hit their growth spurt and are in a level playing field.
I am pretty sure you are not a tall guy and maybe 170 before a shit. So enjoy your Clive right now till the real hockey starts 4/years from now.
Lots of good AAA players on the west side and Meli is one of them. Just because these kids don’t want to drink the GTHl cool aid does not mean they won’t be better.
Remind me the last couple years where the 1st overall pick for the OHL came from.
Drop the mic
If you think JH is better than CM then you are clueless about hockey in the 2012 age group. Clive is better and it’s not even close.

Meli would not be a top 40 player in the GTHL and that’s a fact. I don’t thing he’s a top 15 player in the OMHA for that matter. He never got a sniff for the Brick, never been to an invite only
event and never played on a real elite tournament team. He’s just another guy. If he makes it to U16 at the AAA level it will be a huge accomplishment for him.

Not worth wasting any more conversation on a kid that’s already completely irrelevant.

The Meli dad is typing all this crap just to get the kids name out there. My son played the ‘12 Steel last year they are a shitty team and I didn’t even know who this kid was. I remember not one kid on their team could have made our VK roster and now this guy is talking about being better than CM? What a fool.

No wonder your kids will disappear in 3/4 years. They have idiots for dads that can’t read. Have a couple more beers at 7am
One of you morons posted Meli not a AAA player. Now you say not in top 40 in GTHl and the steel suck. The steel ended in 13th in the rankings so no clue how they suck. If I recall they beat the Young Nats and a couple GTHL teams that lost or tied the young Nats.
I never compared Meli to Clive as yes Clive is. Better player for now. Let’s see what happens to Clive in 4/years.
I did say I think Hackett looked like the better player in Montreal on NYR and Clive did not do much.
So before you start shootings your mouth maybe learn how to read first.
You on beer 12 yet this morning you facking loser.

What tops it off is the very obvious allowance to have 1 or 2 teams to hand pick their players of all AAA buddies and go crush the rest of the random A teams. Shameless
One of those hand picked AAA teams got absolutely crushed this morning..... embarrassing in such a weak tournament

Haha Hamilton 2012 will never win anything

The kid is a 2012 and we play on the team.
He is for sure a good AAA player. So many jealous parents wishing they are half as good as Meli kid.
That’s why his kid gets talked about a lot on this site.
I am positive that toxic parent cut dad who has no clue what he is talking about is Playing house league hockey
What is your kids name and team that you can say Meli no good???!
I am sure we will see no name as the kid stinks
Meli gets talked about on this site a lot not for being a great or terrible player, but because he has a terrible attitude, bad teammate, dirty player and dad that only makes himself look worse

Why the F is anyone investing time talking about a second line centre on a mediocre team in Hamilton? The somehow this turns into JH & CM conversation. What a joke. I assume someone is trying to get their kid promoted or noticed. Dad’s a douche. How many tournaments has that shit PH team done this summer? Not one trophy and no one in the top of scoring in any tournament. You realize how stupid you look. Idiots.

Last 2 1st overall picks in OHL draft NOT from the GTHL
Keep drinking the COOL AID. We saw all these so called great hockey players do NOTHING when they played real players in Montreal. You losers put your best team in the tourney and still could not get past round 16 and lose to Black Aces. Meli PH team has as you called no bodies and they all suck BUT they still had the game against Black aces very close till the end and won 3 games . So really how good is your GTHL kids???
I watched Meli and the big D on steel play on an Oakville team against Everest with Clive on that team a month ago. If i remember right the score was 2-0 for the team Meli was on.
What happened to all these GTHL studs losing to an OMHA team.
Keep drinking the Cool aid boys

Clive's Everest Elite team has never lost to any team that Meli has played on so that's an easy lie to expose.

Mali's team also completely embarrassed themselves in Montreal and were one of the weakest teams in the whole tournament. They didn't have one player on their team who could make the roster of a top 6 GTHL team.

Meli is not even the top scorer on his garbage OMHA team. Check the site, they weren't ranked 13th either. Another lie.

Last year 2012 Steel avoided GTHL teams as much as they could but when they did play, they lost to Don Mills 4-2, lost to the Seas 3-0, then lost to the Sins 2-1. Look it up. They can't even beat GTHL mid pack teams. They'd lose 10- to a team like NYR with Clive.

Meli is a complete nobody in 2012 hockey and is only able to play AAA because the team bleeds his dad's wallet dry. Same with his brother who's now out of hockey. Both boys were never elite level players and it clearly drives the Daddy crazy but hey, they got your shitty genes to thanks for it bud.

Check your eyes MORON. Ask your boyfriend to help you read My hockey rankings and the games from last year. Your pathetic Sens team lost to the Steel last year just like the Young Nats in the same tourney. You guys are so fu cked and cant read. Toronto Hockey BEAT Everest with Clive and the gang 2-0 with Meli and Vrkljan on that team.
You guys keep sniffing that glue and think your kid is going to the show. You guys have all those kids to choose from and want to insult a Steel team that has all local boys. Most the kids in the GTHL wear at least 5 jerseys before they get ready for beer leauge
