I was there, he got caught red handed while his team was warming up on the ice. He's a piece of shit who is a disgrace to his family and I've said that to his face before. He pissed his pants.

You’ve obviously never been on a board.
The board has nothing to do with coach selection.
Williams picks an outside panel and they vote on coaches.
Lambourns only window for corruption is directly influencing williams. So lambourn is a shit bag but the most corrupt part of coach selection is williams himself.

Cap he is part of interviews. Every coach is a “friend” of his, he is heavily involved in selection, you’re misinformed.

Not denying for 1 minute hes not a scumbag. But it is ultimately williams and the panel he chose that decides. Lamborn is not in on the interview.
Read the constitution- only the vp gets involved if a tie breaker is needed. No board member has any official say. But is williams corrupt? Yes . Is lamborn corrupt? Yes. So they are obviously up to something.
Lamborn has done enough damage to the org - time to take him down.

This is problematic behaviour, no one needs to be brought down. People need to speak out, in person, against poor management. There will always be enough people that are just happy to be there, so nothing will change. Volunteers are necessary but volunteering for personal gain isn’t exactly altruistic, it’s gross and pathetic and everyone around you sees exactly what you’re doing.

Elgin is full of scheming and conniving garbage. Emc members are taken down all the time - but it is never for the good of the org - it is for the good of their garbage kids to get a spot they dont deserve. Lets take down a piece of garbage for the good of the org for once!
