The coach selections over the last 3 years have absolutely ruined the organization. Its turned us into a bad joke. Thats on Williams.

Crooked coach selections started before williams when dave warren was hand picking teams for his precious baby boy to coach. But williams certainly did nothing to improve the situation- he put enough of his low life buddies into the org to ruin it likely permanently.

It was crooked dave warren that originally hired williams to coach at emc. Funny tho - emc was williams 2nd choice- he originally only wanted to coach for ljk NOT emc … but ljk did NOT want him. Weird.

The whole point of open borders is you can leave if you’re not happy here. Because yea Elgin is pathetic and they treat players like sh!t, and yes they pick the worst coaches. But all coach picks get voted in, and lambourn controls the vote with all the people he put in board spots. So No names is only partially responsible. LJK keeps parents off the board, it’s not perfect but it’s better than this. There are too many personal agendas in Elgin.

This is problematic behaviour, no one needs to be brought down. People need to speak out, in person, against poor management. There will always be enough people that are just happy to be there, so nothing will change. Volunteers are necessary but volunteering for personal gain isn’t exactly altruistic, it’s gross and pathetic and everyone around you sees exactly what you’re doing.

Elgin is full of scheming and conniving garbage. Emc members are taken down all the time - but it is never for the good of the org - it is for the good of their garbage kids to get a spot they dont deserve. Lets take down a piece of garbage for the good of the org for once!

2015 coach’s team lost in round robin of rising stars tournament, he used Elgin coaching title to scheme his kid, and his mealticket bollsy on to a team that made Sunday. The organizers found out and as they were about to step on the ice told them they couldn’t play. Keep tryin Wallace telling everyone your a canucks coach almost got your son a spot on another team

If you have a guy like PP coaching, you know the organization is garbage.

Whoever posted about the Elgin 2015 coach and accepting an invitation for their kid to play more hockey is a loser! Get your facts straight before being so ignorant! The kids did not play once it was realized they couldn’t. Put a name to your post you coward! Or address it with the person directly. Let me guess, your kid got cut or decided to join another team because you knew they wouldn’t make it? With what’s going on in our hockey community these days and to criticize an individual like that you should be ashamed! Look in the mirror, you are the problem! Get a life you loser!

If you reread his post he said they never played as they got caught. Wallace is a loser and he knew the rules but thinks he is above all others. Another example how Elgin hires losers to teach kids. He should be banned from all Draft Day events but they don’t care as it is all about the $$$.

He didn’t get caught doing anything, The coach of regional gold asked them to play but didn’t check if that was ok until right before going on the ice! He then decided to ask and was told no. Welcome to spring hockey. Kids get called in on a Sunday to play all the time. You sound like a bitter Betty who has a personal issue with a coach and thinks hiding behind a screen to bash someone makes you tough, get a life!
