NYR has the most expensive team fees but if a coach is making 40 thousand it makes the team fee irrelevant.
We called and asked around a lot this year and NYR, JRC, TRW, DMF are the most expensive teams that I heard all over 10 thousand. VK and TM are upper mid pack 9500 ish and TYN 7500 and MM 6500 are the cheapest with MM being the lowest price in the league.

did not ask Rebels but if coach is making 55000 it must be close to 10 g's

I find the conversations about comparing team fees very ridiculous because almost all the time people are not comparing apples to apples. For example, if you ask some people what the team fees are they will include the GTHL fee while other people will not include the GTHL fee. Some teams don't provide any apparel or equipment while other teams provide everything except the helmet. Some team fees include 3 hours of practices a week while others budget for 4 hours. Unless you compare line items on the budget and what is included then you really don't know how the fees compare.
