NT, WML, NYK, Willowdale, I heard NYK doesn't have a coach and only 7 players.

SIR kept mostly together and picked up a couple strong AA players and OMHA kids, should be stronger. WH lost a couple key players but picked up TA leftovers, should be about the same to worse. LF was buzzing along but then lost two key players and a couple additional mid pack skaters to SYB, but picked up TA goalie whose a bit of an upgrade over previous back up, NYK left overs at their skates, will be a bit worse. All in all the division looks weaker, will get pumped by the West if an interlock.
