Amha shouldn’t have ignored the survey, thinking he held the upper hand. Unfortunately for them, the open border shifted the power dynamics. Time for some humility, idiots .

You removed a U14BB coach simply because his son was trying out for a higher level, yet you leave this self serving A-HOLE in place on a team that has done nothing but steadily decline. The real problem starts at the top.

So a AAA coach establishes a kid is good enough to AP but MM says “nope” on a consistent basis, you’re saying that’s a “difference of opinion”? That’s called limiting opportunity. If a kid has an opportunity with a better team, their current coach should be honoured. Instead, in this case, he was threatened. Selfishness from him always. Consideration for no one but himself.
