What about the Sharks non-goal last night that the refs ruled a goal despite the Eagles actually putting the puck in the back of the net a few seconds later?? Refs earning the Sharks the point last night.

Guest wrote: Tue Mar 25, 2025 6:23 pm The panthers are looking real nice this year. Gonna be a competitive year for all teams beside the rangers.
They grabbed a few good players and a great goalie, will be good for the division to have everyone more competitive (spare Rangers).
I hear the players and goalie the Panthers grabbed are coming from the AA Panthers who were only able to muster up 1 win against a team that only had 3 wins. Don’t believe the hype folks. Panthers will still be a bottom feeder next season.
They're the old VR team lol You are correct, they will be better, but if they are .500 i'll be surprsied.
Yes, that is correct. Minus their two best players from that old VR team who went on to play for the Avs A team and the other went to the Sharks AA.
If I stand corrected, that old VR team was made up of the old Panthers players that went winless the season prior to going to VR.
Regardless, both Vaughan teams will most likely end up at the bottom again. But for anyone who’s interested in either of the two, I think I’d lean towards the bigger organization in the Rangers being able to attract higher end talent than the Panthers. Especially with the open borders this year.

Not sure if the Rangers are the better option this year. It is blowing up with select kids I hear and not the caliber of A hockey.

Maybe a few years ago when the Rangers were a respectable team. This team is now in a deep hole and it will be extremely difficult to attract any decent talent. This upcoming season is bound to be repetition or even worse than the last.

Eagles. March break is over. Full team minus suspended player ready for west finals. Sharks just don’t have the scoring across the team like Eagles do. Sharks really have one player to key in on.

Eagles are better than SIR or VRE … both those teams have discipline problems. There will be suspensions coming out of a series final between them so any team matching up with Eagles will be short. I like FH as a team. But if they make it through to city finals they just don’t have the overall talent to match the Eagles.
Eagles barely got by the Bolts.
Eagles win, coming back from a 3-0 deficit to win 4-3.

Nicely done boys!!! 👏
Got a little help from a penalty shot awarded by the ref on a perfectly legal play. Turned the momentum big time. Sharks still should have won but there is a reason the Eagles have won the loop the previous two years. Until Tuesday!
Ha ha, go cry!
Please explain how the sharks should have won?
FOUR unanswered goals.
Here's an explanation of the "perfectly legal play"

if a player (excluding the goalie) picks up, covers, or holds the puck with their hand while it's in the goal crease, the opposing team is awarded a penalty shot.
Except the player didn’t do any of that. He swiped it away with open hand. Therefore perfectly legal play and no penalty shot.

The puck went in over the goalie’s shoulder and right back out. Check the livebarn. Right call was made.
