Our girls have a tough time as it is sticking on boys teams until they inevitably can. They have fewer development opportunities, fewer high end coaches, and just less opportunity overall. Stop trying to make her onto a “prodigy” - she is learning to skate that is IT!

Kids peak at all ages. I’ve seen kids be great at 6, 7, 8, 9 years old and peak & not get much better.
