Beast outplayed VP and should have won.

MNS outplayed VR, could have been a 3-4 goal differential.
You watch too much live barn and your hate of Vaughan is showing.
Actually VP is civilized. They're well respected.
VR is full of the wild ones- watched too much jersey shore growing up.

I can’t speak to the first game but I did think NS was the better team in the second.

Their defencemen are very offensive minded which helps the team a lot. Their goalie was alright.

The Rangers looked fine and I think they can and will surprise some of the teams in the round robin. It feels like they will make it thru.

I now understand the Disney on Ice joke, that would drive me bananas as the coach. Boy can skate for sure but figure 8s don’t usually have a role in hockey.
Agree MNS were the better team. However the bench was shortened by the middle of the second. 10 or 19 are there only real players. 4 can skate but doesn’t make anything happen. Just dipsy doodles until he loses the puck.

I don’t agree with shortening bench so early. Play as a team win/lose as one as well, at this age anyways. Last 3 to 5 mins go for the gold. But not half way through the game.
You're not paying attention.

Their D controls the game, the tall line of 9/15 and then Disney on Ice kid # 4 who I'm not certain understands the game of hockey but can skate.

Their F are weak so 10/19 look good compared.

And yes, the coach plays those 5 only in the third, that's between him and the parents, who I guess are okay with it so long as their kid gets some trophy.

Second this.

Never a problem with the VP parents, before during or after the game.

VR different story and goes to the coaching too.

What's wrong with VR coaches or parents? Their parents differ from others only by being slightly louder. But what else would you expect from a group that is 95% Italian? That said, unlike some other teams I won’t name, I haven’t seen drunk fathers or loud, offensive mothers yelling at referees or opposing teams.
Comparing VR to MNS (whose parents are also very nice), VR's players are stronger on average, while the top kids on both teams are of similar skill. MNS has the better goalie. Key difference is that VR gives all players ice time. I’ve never noticed them prioritizing anyone, whereas MNS plays to win, meaning some kids get significantly more ice time than others. This approach is good for the league in general, as it raises the level of competition, helps secure victories for MNS when top players are not absent, but isn’t great for overall development or team depth.
Despite being a skilled team, VR seems to lack a winning mentality or self-confidence. If the coaches address this issue or if it naturally corrects itself the team will rise higher in the standings.

All good, don't become too agitated. Try to ask for specialized help, let the psychiatrist read your forum writings and don't forget to let the doctor know about your sexualized fantasies about your grandma. Spring is approaching, difficult time for mentally unstable, ask for support now, so that your ex wife won't cut your communication with kids. Modern medical science and pharmacology are very advanced and your case is not unique, with good specialist you will cope with your condition.

This is all fair but the top MNS kids are much better than anyone on VR. No C as good as 10 or 19. No D as good as 4 or 9 or 15.
