Don’t forget that 3 of the top 4 teams in the PROVINCE, play in this division!
If you throw in WM and Attack, 5 of the top 20 in ONTARIO are in this tough division!
I truly hope that both Vaughan team are better next year for the sake of the division.
But it’s going to take a little more than a few “AA” drops to compete in the west.
PROVINCE!
From what I have seen this season the quality of hockey in the division has dropped quite a bit from just last season, the rankings are...kind of BS you have to admit. Especially that the G teams are ranked with BB not A teams. Attack and WM are poor hockey teams, you really think these are top 20 A teams in the province?? LOL I'm not sure Attack would even be top of NYHL Tier 1, I'd be confident they wouldn't.
Rangers and Panthers I'd say are basically select teams, no? Attack won 10 of their 13 games against them. Give your head a shake, they're a top level select team. lol

This is hilarious. Attack lost to tier one select teams in preseason Canlan tournament. Says the tier 1 coach living in his fantasy world. What’s hilarious is that you’re pulling results from a nothing pre-season tournament held over 5 months ago. Select teams play less than half what GTHL teams do and don’t practice nearly as much as GTHL teams do. The development curve of GTHL teams far outweighs that of select teams. Have that same tournament today and the Attack are crushing tier 1 teams.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2025 9:41 pmThis is hilarious. Attack lost to tier one select teams in preseason Canlan tournament. Re: 2010 A West
Coach? seem to have touched a nerve here. Weren't the Attack a select team just last season?? This isn't the same Attack as last year. Results, recent not preseason, seem to say they can't compete with anyone except Rangers and Panthers. It is what it is.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2025 11:50 pmSays the tier 1 coach living in his fantasy world. Anyway lets talk about teams who actually have a chance, why so much attention on Attack??

Not too shabby for a team straight out of select.
Just imagine if they jelled for a couple years as compared to some of the other Top 20 teams.
Re: 2010 A West
They aren't a good team, I'm not sure who you are trying to fool? Trying to recruit for next year? and they were not "straight our of select". They played in MHL A last season. They won't gel because I heard the top players are looking to leave, which would be a disaster because if you notice they ride those kids and the goalie. If they lose the one goalie and 2-3 others they are the Rangers. Future doesn't look bright.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2025 3:36 pmIs that supposed to be a bad thing ?Guest wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2025 11:38 amHad to go have a look at that, 20th...and they are 16-32-2 overall LOLGuest wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2025 9:52 amCoach Must be doing something right.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2025 8:45 amCoach? seem to have touched a nerve here.
