Easton Cowan Out of Selection Camp: Blessing in Disguise or Missed Opportunity?
So, Easton Cowan is sitting out of selection camp. Precautionary they say. Makes you wonder, how much does an injury, even a minor one, impact a player's chances at making the final roster? Is this a setback for Cowan, or could it actually open the door for another deserving player to shine?
Beckett Sennecke gets the call-up. Interesting choice. He’s been on fire lately, but is that a sustainable pace? Does his recent hot streak outweigh Cowan's consistent performance throughout the season?
What about the other players in camp? Does this added competition light a fire under them, or does the pressure to perform become too much?
I’m calling it now: Sennecke makes the team. This is his chance to prove he belongs. Agree or disagree? Let's hear your thoughts!
