Supposedly, the Waterloo coach has a kid who is mentally challenged. It's a regrettable situation, but it could be a blessing in disguise by having a non-parent coach.
Blessing or a Catastrophe…ask U14 white about their “non-parent” feelings from last season!
U15 Green, ask around about TM....see how you like your 'blessing' come November
Lots of opinions from the stands during season…not many applications submitted following season! This guy is willing to volunteer his time though I’m sure he might regret it before Xmas!

100% - TM has his pros and cons... at least he volunteers every year. His AC are decent, they are all good guys. AA is a better spot for him than AAA.

Does he carry AC’s with him? Will he recruit parent volunteers?

Sounds very PURPLE! Get over it…your kid isn’t good enough!! MS is a step forward from last years debacle of a coach. That coach shouldn’t coach anyone with skates on.

A lot of discussion about AAA tryouts, many are not going to participate in the tryouts because the coach already has talked to the players he wants and you get one skate.

Tryouts are fast approaching. When does the knights organization generally inform people who is coaching? Why haven’t they been picked?
They have been picked. The knights are making out like bandits this year with all the under age players coming into the organization. The board has been working tirelessly and coaches will be announced soon. Open borders are going to benefit this organization more than most.
Fail to understand the under age players? Also there are not any open borders for AA with this organization…what benefit are they gaining at LJK with open borders?
They are bringing in underagers for AAA. AA will be stronger because some kids will be pushed out of aaa. Not sure why they are letting kids play up all the sudden? why parents would want their kids to play with older kids who aren’t peers
Welcome to AAA hockey. If the kid is good enough they deserve to play up if they make the team better. If your kid gets cut that’s the way it works. The AAA team was not that impressive…time for a shake up?
There is no 8/9/10/11 year old who is “good enough” to play up. Let’s focus on developing their social skills, how to brush their teeth, safely walk to the school, and have respect for authority before we focus on them taking the hockey world by storm, shall we??
I watched a U11 kid who plays U12 AAA. He was the best player on the ice. I don’t agree with kids doing it when they are middle of the pack in an older age group, but keeping the kid in U11 would be an absolute tragedy for his development and those around him.
