Is this a joke? Have you seen our board at LJK? What about the board at HPL quitting because they chose a coach that wasn’t recently suspended for four months? Or the fact that there’s a lawsuit against the organization. This is a minor Hockey thing not an EMC thing. Chatham‘s teams are littered with players who are not AAA. A lot of them with parents on the board or coaching staff.
Have you ever been to a A, MD or house league game? Those parents are even crazier than AAA. Again, this is minor hockey. It is corrupt, it is full of people that have the best intentions for their own children, and if you’re on here, commenting, you’re part of the problem not the solution.

And Chathams 2012 team has 3 players cut by EMC ... and just beat us ... at home.... please explain that

Thats got nothing to do with player selection- the board has nothing to with player selection.
Player selection is corrupt but that is due to corrupt coaches not the board

But they do indeed have a say in coach selection directly or indirectly through the coach mentor. Let's call a spade a spade.

The board has no control over the commitee the coach mentor picks . The board does not pick players - can not pick players in any way. A corrupt coach will be influenced by any person period. Nothing to do with the board. Any corrupt picks you see are due to interactions of the coach with other corrupt people. Not the board - get over it.

Lol - ok stupid - people with top line kids totally have to manipulate coaches right? Wrong dummy - the corruption is always from corrupt coaches being manipulated by weak players parents and other scorned coaches playing politics - wake up. The board doesn’t pick players. Good honest Coaches pick the talent. Corrupt coaches play politics. The problem is corrupt coaches have become very good at fooling selection committees. you see this everywhere . So just because they manage to conjob everyone doesn’t mean the selection committee was in on it. It eventually catches up with them but they can do alot of damage while they are there.

As long as PP doesn't go anywhere near the 2011 team I am good. I don't want my kid exposed to subpar coaching. I would be very happy to see RM back for another year, but I have a feeling the org will not let him coach for a 5th straight year. Sad really, as he's really developed those kids.

Which kid should have #6BM spot? is anyone challenging him to have that spot that he's had for 5years.
