you sir, are a ignorant twat waffle. The AMHA has had a mass exodus in multiple teams and age groups. The only reason you have ANYONE wanting to join, is simply because they do not know better. Next year, they too will leave. Then what? Your 2012 and 2011 teams are made up mostly of out of town players, what does that tell you?

2013's also mostly NRP players. The guy is right. AMHA is in trouble. CS is running the association into the ground, and he hasn't even been president for that long.

This team is mostly the NM-A team, plus a few girls’ players. Many of parents are not allowed at other organizations, Aurora will be a great fit.

Way to continue to prove that the AMHA is now run, not just by uneducated doofuses, but clearly by power hungry fools who have no hockey background other than watching their mid level kids play. Hey AMHA- how does it now feel to be bullied now? Bullied and no one to stand up for you?! That is how you've made an immense number of CHILDREN feel, over a number of years. Go. F U C K yourselves. Your organization will be done in a year. Book it.

No matter how poorly an organization is run or how bad the coaches, parents, etc are, you will always attract players. The appeal of "playing rep" will be attractive to a lot of people.

As long as there are 15 players and 2 goalies trying out, teams will run. And for an organization like this, they would be smart to hold tryouts later so they can get a lot of cuts from other organizations.

Families will always choose rep over lowering themselves to playing house league, even though there is nothing wrong with house league and saying you play house league. Also, if you find a house league that also runs select, you get that extra bit of competitive hockey at 25% of the price.
