I heard FH getting the 1,2 best AA players so they be a lot better.
Relying on skillz only. Zero coaching!
I heard that a kid who wore 97 for a high end AA team is going to ….. oooh it’ll be a major move. Y’all will see in OCT this kid is out of this world. 130 points last year. 62 goals.
We already know. Top AA kid from FH moving to A - and I mean top from ALL of AA, not just his team. He will dominate the division. Scary part is he isn’t the only one joining the team. This kid wil eat SIR alive.
FH AA forward definitely one of top 2 kids on his team. All the top AA teams had 3 or 4 of his caliber type player so it’s a stretch to say he was the “top from ALL of AA”. He will certainly excel and make that team better. Best of luck to him.
The other kid was THE best player in AA by a long shot.
Scary stuff!

The kid from Leaside and FH are both the top 2 from what I’ve heard but the Leaside kids definitely better.

Studs… lol
Stop the madness.
The AA loop has been water downed more and more these past few years.
62 goals is nothing to brag about for a player when at least 60 of the goals are against soft teams such as TR AA with a ZERO wins column.
If AA is watered down, what’s A? A piss trickle?
Go watch AAA’ (speed/talent) and you will come to the conclusion that AA and your top A teams such as Eagles are pretty much equal minus the body checking however I strongly believe there is more hockey IQ in your top A team’s versus your AA mid pack and less stronger teams.

Such a bender mom comment. Nothing wrong with your little duster playing A, select, or house league, but stop with the “there’s no difference” stuff.🤣 Last I checked hockey was a contact sport, so your whole take the hitting out trash is irrelevant. It’s the same as saying that top level ASHL is higher IQ than the AHL. This is by far the dumbest comment on this entire thread.🤣

Both these boys had spots on multiple AAA teams, but have different priorities. They are both good kids from great families. You crazies need to relax and just enjoy watching them have fun playing a game they love. It’s not going to be the end of the world for you SIR parents if your kids don’t win every game next year, I promise.

Sometimes players aren’t struggling with effort-they’re struggling with ego.
They think they are above their current role. But great teams aren’t made of players who get what they want-they’re made players who give what’s needed.

Umm..contact is allowed in A’ hockey not body checking.
Plus You’re comparing full grown men to 14/15 year old boys for some that have fully peaked and for some that haven’t barely even begun. Hockey isn’t a one size fits all sport bud. But hey welcome to FH where we rely on only two “studs” with zero coaching and zero development and take your cash from any or at all levels including HL.

“Contact is allowed…not body checking”. Your inability to grasp exactly how different these 2 games are is embarrassing. SIR moms are definitely entertaining.

Technically there is contact. Example “Pinning.”
You’re trying so hard to misconstrue the topic of contact & physical play in A’ hockey. Guess your inability on how to interpret things is on you by throwing a curve ball or a spin into this convo. Soft!
Diff. is SIR plays a physical game all day:)

Someone brings up the game of AAA’ hockey and your response is “these boys” having “multiple spots” but they have never played a game of AAA’ hockey is hilarious.

Ultimately it’s their own personal choice to make the drop down to A’ level hockey. I’m sure they are good kids and great families as most. So Coach please Stop with all your hyping and excuses because maybe they are just tired of all the toxicity and pressures facilitated playing at a higher level to allow them the ability to focus on “different priorities, having fun playing a game they love.”
