Oilers Ink Goalie Prospect Nathaniel Day to 3-Year ELC

Is Nathaniel Day the real deal or just another late-round gamble for the Oilers
Signing a 20-year-old goalie after a 3.07 GAA and .894 save percentage in the OHL raises some eyebrows. He played a ton of games, leading the league in minutes, but are those numbers indicative of future NHL success Or is this simply a depth signing hoping he develops into something more down the line
With Stuart Skinner emerging as a legitimate starter in Edmonton, where does Day fit into the Oilers long-term plans Could he be their future backup Or is he destined for the AHL, battling for a call-up opportunity
I’m curious to hear what others think. Is this a smart move by the Oilers What are your predictions for Days career path
