With the open borders next year whos jumping ship , which teams will get better / worse with open borders ?

Whatever you do steer clear of Ptbo!! RF is completely incompetent and should never be given full control of running a hockey team! Especially at U16!! He is a video review coach at best. Zero leadership, zero communication skills and absolutely no in game coaching ability! He will also heavily cater to kids/players of daddy’s that have any affiliation with the PP board (this is how he got awarded team). Guy should stick to his video games and save parents/players the frustration. U16 is too important of a year to waste on his joke of a heavily biased program. Trust me - consider yourself forewarned! PP definitely blowing up. Nobody wants to play for the coach after what he did to U16 team this year

Here’s what would recommend for all you parents going through this. Do your research on the coach. Ask parents from the teams these guys are coming from, how did they play kids, even non parents have buddies kids on teams. For the first time you have the power and not the organizations, use it wisely. This is coming from a parent that’s been through the system.

This just sounds like your salty your kid wasn’t in the top 6 or 4. Pretty sure he had a decent record with an average team. Over achieved, if you will through the season. Maybe just maybe your kid is not going to NHL and you should Invest in a tool pouch instead of the next hockey stick!
