2016 NT White Tier 4 Fiasco?!?

What is going on with NT White? We were going to be the best team and take down the Red and Green teams. We cant friggin win a game and I'm spending all my time at the rink?!??? What gives? I heard we're moving down to tier 4?!? WTH!
