Ilya Protas Explodes: Future Capitals Star or Just a Hot Streak?

Ilya Protas just put up a HUGE five-point night in the OHL, including four goals. This kid is DRAFTED BY THE CAPS and currently fifth in OHL scoring. Is this a sign of things to come in Washington, or just a flash in the pan? He's already surpassed his USHL production from last season. What’s his ceiling? Could he be a top-six forward down the road?
