Alright, listen up, y’all. I’ve been through it. I’m talking hockey, family drama, the whole nine yards. I got kids in the game, cousins in the game, you name it. I’m basically the MVP of life, okay? Been around the block so many times I’m on a first-name basis with the pavement.

Now, let me drop some knowledge on you. You ever see one of those elite athletes just walking down the street, like it’s a casual Tuesday? No jacket, no flashy gear, just straight up swagger. You KNOW who they are, right? You ever see those cats strolling through school halls, looking like they just walked out of an action movie? No need for a AAA jacket. They just radiate that “I’m a legend” vibe.

Back in high school, I didn’t need a AAA jacket to tell you I was a beast. I’d roll up in my wife beater, arms like the Hulk, and people would literally stop and stare. Why? Because I was the guy. No need to flex. It was already written in the stars. Water’s wet, the sky’s blue, and when you looked at me, you knew, I was an athlete. A specimen. Period.

I’m not trying to bash the coaches, but the G seriously needs to step up its game. I mean, we can’t keep pretending that these dad coaches, who are clearly just here to secure a spot for their kid, are the answer. I’ve been around this league longer than most of these guys have been able to spell “offside,” and let me tell you, it’s getting real old. Some of these coaches are just here because their kid couldn’t make the team unless dad put on a team jacket and started yelling at the refs. And trust me, I know the refs. I’ve argued with most of them. But here’s the thing if we’re going to keep paying these membership fees, let’s get some actual coaches in here, so we don’t have to watch a dad with a beer gut and a mullet give his kid 25 minutes of ice time for missing every single pass. That kid’s not good. He’s not even close. Seriously if the budget allows, let’s at least get someone who knows what they’re doing. Otherwise, we’re all just watching an unpaid family reunion on skates.
