Is OREPP a game changer for Oakville in the new open borders environment, or just another gimmick and kids will always leave for the G.

I've been in contact with some coaches in the Tri-County (2013 AA) for my son, but wanted to get opinions here?! I know everyone here has a hate on for their current head coach but sometimes you can find a decent piece of information from this forum.
