Fair and equal ice time comes to one thing MONEY 💰

If your kid is an average player, he’s not getting much ice time unless you entice the coaching staff with the almighty dollar, money makes the world go round baby!

Can’t get into details here but he will regret benching my kid or making him sit for another player’s penalty. I don’t want to brag or come off as a steroid head but you don’t wanna see me pissed off or lose my temper.
Lol your a meat head... The fact you went to "come off as a steroid head" is amazing.... You sir are what is wrong with our sport.... By all means take two weeks off and then give it up completely...

Buddy, do you even know who you’re talking to? I’m a 60 yr old with washboard abs. You wouldn’t have the balls to disrespect me or my kid to my face. My kid leg presses 250 lbs, he’d knock you into next week, he can chug a 2 litre carton of homo milk in 6 gulps. You don’t know me or my family, man. We are from the borders of Greece and Turkey. We rule Scarborough.

Every team my kid gets on they don’t give him fair ice time. It’s as if the coach is jealous of his talent and then benches him. It’s all our family thinks about, we obsess over this, we need answers, why? Anyone else experience this?

Do you know how pissed my wife and I were? I almost knocked out the coach but didn’t because I have a medical condition.

Now reading this thread you guys brought up all these bad memories of my son not getting much ice time during the playoffs, I’m getting so upset that my blood pressure is going through the roof.

If I was 20 years younger and still had my wash board abs from when I used to play football, I would have went to the bench and grabbed the coach by the throat and demand he plays my son, not only plays the kid but double shifts him!

They don’t even give us any reason or explanation why they sat him, it wasn’t the entire playoffs but when he got on the ice it was for 2 or 3 minute shifts. My wife was in tears and I was losing it. I had to take 2 blood pressure pills so I didn’t have an attack.

It’s all bringing back painful memories, I’m not going to subject my kid to that kind of trauma again, won’t be returning to the team.
Again, you want fair and equal ice time, play local league.

And how exactly will my kid make OHL and NHL playing in a local league, you’re not very smart, are you?
