Drop him off 3 miles from home and tell him to run back
Take him to a farm to bail some hay for a month
Have him dig fence posts all summer
Work in cement crew pouring foundations

It will get them in shape, nice tan, make some $ and figure out what they DON'T want to do for a living

But what do I care...stick with the guy who barely got out of high school
LMFAO. This has to be the worse advice ever! I take it you've watched Rocky 4 in Russia training in a barn a 100 times! hahaha. Show me one farmer or one cement/yard worker who is getting paid on the regular now in Pro hockey, just 1. Not 350, just one.... and tell me your training advice is gold still. Its not 1989 dad. HAHAHAAH, eh yo Adrian!

Depends what you want.
All trainers anywhere barely got out of highschool.
Epics got every profession they can - jammed into their facility - but you pay big bucks and have to drink the coolaid.
Weird youd attack the underdog.
you want to pay more be my guest.
Training is not rocket science- theyre all doing the same thing.

The kid that got drafted didn’t go to Spero.
09s are terrible
Statistically no gym had a run on 09 drafts.
Spero had a ton of 07 and 08 draft picks.
Nice try tho.
How many 08s and 07s still go to spero. He has blocked those kids from IG. Real joke
They have quite a few players of all ages including OHL and ncaa. This is a family run business - no high pressure bs and no agendas. Compare this to the other local gyms who charge more and support some very shady shit.
I guess the overhead of a real gym cost more that a basement of a restaurant and professionalism of real trainer cost more than a trainer who is stoned half the time
Are we comparing the drugs used by trainers?
Vape is legal. The other gyms love Not Allowed- pretty sure that is not legal - i wonder what other illegal things they are forced to do to cover their high overhead - you keep supporting that garbage - ill stick with the honest guys.
Please tell me who the honest guy is?

Thank you
On behalf of all the dads whose kids got drafted - spero is fantastic. Dont listen to the bitter losers whose kids are going absolutely no where lol. Every other gym has an outside agenda that is far more important to them than your kids - and at least one even has organized crime connections- be careful who you support.

Guest wrote: Thu May 29, 2025 8:47 am Really enjoyed watching this Alliance 2009 crap begin to die a slow death after the OHL draft when the kids of all these loser dads weren’t picked in 15 rounds. But looks like they still can’t let go lol. Hope your kids somehow become better people than what they’ve been shown. But likely won’t. Congrats dad
Thank you
