Majors dead last this year. Double AA kids swapped out for single A kids. What’s a parent coach of a AA team doing trying to teach at this age and level.

We've already done three spring tournaments, including Nashville, and this one is by far the best value. The cost is $500 USD, and the kids receive a free CCM stick, training gear, hoodie, plus Howies tape and accessories—all included. Exceptional coaches, top-tier facilities, and scouts will be in attendance. If you didn’t get an invite, don’t be sour—just stay curious about what makes this event stand out.
The AAA tryout window has been closed for 33 days, and you've already done three spring tournaments? Congratulations, you're an idiot, satisfying your own F.O.M.O at the expense of your son's long term health and development. No meaningful rest after a long season is not making him better, nor is U15 spring hockey getting him one inch closer to being drafted in U16. If he's already good enough to be one of the 300 kids drafted after U16, see previous comment regarding your own F.O.M.O.
It's pretty obvious with some kids now that I've watched over the 2 months that they're playing too much hockey. These are kids especially on the top 3 teams that I know don't play other sports. It's too much hockey and those parents are simply lost. Sadly will continue to regress into U16.
So playing preseason to ohf plus some spring is too much? Ok.
Sounds like the solution is to go to a non playoff team and no spring to reduce the load.
Or deal with your fomo and throw the bag away for a bit. It’s called parenting.
Or the kid wants to play.
Or your bender wasnt invited. And don’t say they were cause they’re weren’t.

How long is the bag supposed to be put away?
“The kid wants to play” is maybe the dumbest argument to this topic ever. Be a parent. If you just wrapped a 65 plus game season and your kid has played in more than 2 tournaments already then you are the problem. Your kid has fomo. You have fomo. Be better.

but he couldn't make a save in the final.

3-4 weeks zero ice.
Love the back and fourth. Nobody knows and everyone’s an expert based on what they read that lines up with and makes you sleep at night with your kids current and state and progression. Never mind what everyone else is doing, do what your kid is currently capable of doing. Enjoy the rest of the ride for 99% of us and stop being crazy. It’s almost over!
