Size ultimately matters a lot. But it only matters if you can skate.

FT is third best.

Followed by VR and MB.

No other team

Will be relevant.

A real shame for there to be this lack of competition because the loop is so diluded.
Same as this year? I really doubt it and I will tell you why. FT is the biggest team and we are not in kiddie combo timbit hockey anymore but at the gates of contact and hitting. They have size and their coach works on body positioning and taking out bodies. VP and MNS are too deep in their feelings, they are talented well coached but soft teams. This is a problem. VR should be right after FT with how they play but their team is small and slow and because they slow the skilled VP and MNS kids will prevail. MB is a strange team that accidentally ended up in the mix but it is hard to see that happen two years running in a row.
It will be different. Just not in the direction you are suggesting.

In the West Finals, the FT coach was able to generate his offence by smartly line matching the 26 line against the weaker MNS D.

Good luck trying that strategy next year with the upgrades that have come in.
And you think FT hasn’t upgraded as much if not more?
FT defence is elite with the new kids. Elite and terrifying size wise.
I mean it’s entertaining reading the stupidity on this site. But you idiots are actually arguing about the ending of next season which hasn’t even started? You sound like the delusional leaf fans (which I am one). Let your kids team do the talking. You sound like complete re tards. I assume you’re smart enough not to talk like this in public so maybe just shut the f uck up.
FT new D is tall yes but without any footwork they become easy prey. In the tourney we played MNS their D is very well rounded and big and quick. I give them the edge.

As these kids get older depth is important and cosching need to push these kids.

The only bit that made sense in that gibberish above is the MB comment.

MB and FT should organize to play the Cup, best of 7 between themselves this summer, go freeze every Friday night at some Canlan and duke it out and let the rest of us know who came out on top so that we can settle this once and for all.

we can see you are well educated by your spelling and grammar.
This is hockey

Not Harvard Business School.
VP - soft
MNS - just cheaters
Let me translate this for the rest of you: VR parent is pressed that their best kids went to VP.
17 stayed on VR.
You gotta love when the Dads come out here and boldly call out their own kid. Well done! There should be more of this.
