My son is on a mid pack team but I just wanted to come here and say wow. Jealousy is a terrible thing. Not every coach is fit for every kid. You pick your poison. Coaches are out there to win no matter which way you slice it. Some coaches are just more vocal about it, while others are silent but do the same thing or worse. Got to hand it to LG. He has vastly improved GTC over the years. He’s the only one in the league that took a bottom end team to the top. Got to hand it to him. He wouldn’t be right for my kid because he’s too forward but maybe for someone else’s kid he’s what they need. Stop criticizing what you don’t know and eat your humble pie.

Nobody's jealous of anything GTC related and stop coming here and pretending. My son on a mid pack team but I'm going to compliment GTC lol! LG is a con artist and doesn't care about your kids hence why my kid doesn't go there but would have 100% chance of making that team.

not close to GTC nor care for the back & forth but been hearing about the AAA pick ups? What's the verdict? Are they as advertised?

They are AA players that played AAA last year. Above average AA kids.

The top AA players and the bottom AAA players are interchangeable If your looking for kids that will standout these are not those type of kids but they will improve the team work hard and make smart plays

MB and GTC budget is about the same

RJM bear Caps both times. Plus their coach LG had another team and RJM embarrassed them as well.

So I guess you don't understand how pro hockey works They send an email to a bunch of random kids and anyone who signs up gets put on a team that's why the 2 pro hockey teams went 0-8 combined So congratz you beat a weak mut team

So lets look at who was on RJM and who was on the Black Aces

RJM mostly the Beast with 4 or 5 players not on their team from VR etc. Every kid missing was replaced with a kid better than them so this team is better than the Actual MB team will be this year (the best players for RJM don't play for MB)

Black Aces was the Caps actual team

Game 1 was a good game very close 3-2 score pretty even back and forth
Game 2 The caps had to wake up early play a game at 8am so they were shorthanded to start. 2-0 loss for the Caps under that situation was tough but the game I would say the Caps had more chances just didn't finish

You must be the same parent that said at the start of last summer that the team would be mid pack at best and that the coach was horrible. Hmmmmm let’s see…the team played short one line for a good majority of the season but still won the city championship and actually finished the season only one game behind first. I’m not part of the team but I would say that the coach knows what he’s doing and has consistently improved the team year after year. I saw the team play. Definitely a big improvement from last year. So they will be a good team again. Too 3 will be them, beasts and Avs. My thoughts.

Lol. I’m not part of the team but know everything about them. They didn’t play short, the coach took 3 kids and benched them entire games. They will be a good team but will be gtc vr and mb top 3. Reminder mb beat gtc twice last weekend and they weren’t short a line in fact they had all their new “AAA” players. Heads up there will be at least 3 families pissed by the middle of the season when little billy sits
