If you haven’t made AAA by 15, what’s the point? No teams are going to want you and if they do it’s only for budget money, not going to see much ice time.

Do NCAA or OHL scouts even watch U18 prep? Because we’re done waiting on AAA, is this a better path or just another dead end?

But let’s say hypothetically my kid gets 60-70 goals during the regular season. Will that not raise eyebrows and open mouths?

Prep school teams are a joke. Especially at this age. Filled with kids who can’t make AAA in the G. Give it up boys, time to face reality and focus on your future, which doesn’t include you playing in the NHL.

I don't like your answer. Prep school, Junior A are answers. Now with the portal, kids can play 3-4 years of Junior A or equivalent and then enter the transfer portal and get into a Div 1 US School. There are several ways to get from Point A to Point B buddy .. you're an idiot!

That’s few and far between, ain’t happening everyday, bud and chances are won’t happen for you kid.
