The sad part is this org had the best homegrown development program now it's farmed out and placed in the hands of an inexperienced average at best instructor.

You can make a similar case for SIR. Great House League/Select programming for younger aged kids. The Board there really care about the kids, make hockey accessible to everyone regardless of income, have really low fees, and the kids who get their start there have a good foundation for when they reach U10 and beyond, regardless of whether it's still with SIR or onwards with a new team.
